Withdrawal period

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the piece, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Send a clear declaration of withdrawal to laluvregermany@gmail.com, stating your name and order number. We will reply with the return address.

Condition of goods

Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Return costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the piece, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or your proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
