Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers and business customers. The contract language is English or German.

Conclusion of contract

Placing an order is a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or dispatch the piece. An automatic order receipt is not yet an acceptance.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include German VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full when the order is placed, using the methods shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver within Europe and internationally. Delivery times depend on the destination and are stated at checkout and in the shipping information.

Retention of title

Delivered pieces remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
